The great part is that it is forever changing so there's always something new to learn. When working with seller clients, I try to understand your specific needs--not just to get your home sold quickly, but to your benefit. It's not always about the price of the home--sometimes it's the rest of the terms that are important. When working with buyer clients, I try to understand what is most important to you in your home search. Usually, we sit down and make those determinations in a meeting before we even look at the first home. There are a lot of steps in both buying and selling a home--trying to avoid any surprises is part of my responsibility. I encourage questions throughout the process and my goal is for your experience to be a pleasant one--even if we run into an issue or two along the way.
